Prices and acceptance

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. An order is accepted only after availability, the final total, delivery details, and payment are confirmed. Kiona may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting payment.

Product information

Handmade items may have normal differences in color, shape, texture, and weight. Ingredient lists are provided so customers can make an informed choice. Patch test topical products and stop use if irritation occurs. Product information is not medical advice and the products are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Payment safety

Use only the payment methods displayed or an official secure payment link sent by Kiona. Never send a complete card number, security code, or account password through Messenger or email.

Policies

The Shipping, Returns and Refunds, and Privacy policies form part of these terms. Applicable non-waivable consumer rights remain in effect.
