Information used for orders

Kiona may receive contact, delivery, order, and payment-status information needed to answer inquiries, process purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Payments

When an online payment option is shown, payment details are entered on the selected provider’s secure service. Kiona does not ask customers to send complete card numbers through Messenger or email and does not store full card numbers on this website.

Tracking

This website does not currently activate Meta Pixel, Conversions API, or nonessential advertising analytics. If advertising tracking is added later, this notice and any legally required consent and opt-out controls must be updated before activation.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, communications, payments, delivery, security, or legal compliance. Kiona keeps information only as long as reasonably required for those purposes.

You may contact Kiona through its official Messenger page to ask about your information or request correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
