Kiona currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. A complete delivery address is required.

Costs and timing

Any shipping charge and applicable tax are shown or confirmed before payment. Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days. Carrier transit time is separate and may vary by destination, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Free-shipping offers

No free-shipping offer applies unless it is displayed during checkout or confirmed in writing before payment. Posted promotions may include stated destinations, minimums, or exclusions.

Address problems

Review the delivery address before payment. Contact Kiona promptly if a correction is needed. Carrier fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer when legally permitted.
